摘    要:目的:探讨个体化健康教育对手足口病患儿监护人依从性及行为的相关影响。方法选取2014年1月至12月江苏省徐州市儿童医院门诊收治的100例手足口病患儿监护人作为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序进行分组。其中2014年1月到6月收治的50例手足口病患儿监护人设置为对照组,采用传统的健康教育方法。2014年7月到12月收治的50例手足口病患儿监护人设置为实验组,在对照组的基础上实施了个体化健康教育,比较两组教育培训前后的认知水平、卫生依从率及卫生行为实施情况。结果实验组通过个体化健康教育后对手足口病认知的优良率为82.00%,对照组则为60.00%,实验组显著高于对照组(χ2=5.140,P<0.05),两组患儿监护人在健康教育前对疾病认知的问卷调查得分无显著性差异(t=1.034,P>0.05),通过健康教育后的两种患儿监护人问卷得分均显著提升(t值分别为2.785、1.963,均P<0.05),而实验组得分显著高于对照组(t=2.371, P<0.05)。经过健康教育培训后,实验组的洗手行为、清洗患儿衣物及用品、开窗通风的依从率均显著高于对照组(χ2值分别为10.597、8.547、5.956,均P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育能增强手足口病患儿监护人的卫生意识和技能,提高患儿监护人的卫生依从性,改变患儿监护人不良行为。

Influence of individualized health education on compliance and behavior of guardian of children with HFMD
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of individualized health education on compliance and behavior of guardian of children with foot and mouth disease ( HFMD) .Methods A total of 100 guardians of children with hand ( HFMD) were chosen as research objects .All these children received treatments at the outpatient department of Xuzhou Children ’ s Hospital from January to December in 2014.All the guardians were grouped chronologically according to date of admission .Among them, 50 guardians whose children were admitted from January to June in 2014 were chosen as the control group and were given traditional methods of health education .The other 50 guardians whose children were hospitalized from July to December in 2014 were selected as study group .Guardians from the study group received individualized health education on the basis of traditional health education received by the control group .Cognitive level, hygiene compliance and hygiene behavior of the guardians in both groups were compared before and after training .Results Compared with the control group (60.00%), the cognitive excellence rate towards HFMD-related knowledge in the study group after health education reached 82.00%.That was to say, the excellence rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =5.140,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of questionnaire concerning HFMD -related knowledge between guardians in both groups before the health education (t=1.034, P>0.05).After receiving health education, a significant increase in the questionnaire score was witnessed in both two groups (t value was 2.785 and 1.963, respectively, both P<0.05).However, the questionnaire score in study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=2.371, P<0.05).After receiving health education , guardians in the study group had significantly higher compliance of hand washing , washing their children ’ clothing and supplies , and room ventilation than the control group (χ2 value was 10.597, 8.547 and 5.956, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education can enhance the health awareness and skills of guardians of children with HFMD .Besides , it can also improve their hygiene compliance and correct their unhealthy behaviors .
