免疫机制与鼻咽癌研究进展

鼻咽癌是我国高发恶性肿瘤之一，尤以我国南方各省发病率高。目前认为鼻咽癌发生与遗传易感性、病毒感染及环境因素等有关，但其具体发病机制尚未完全明确；鼻咽癌大多数对放疗敏感，但其局部复发及远处转移仍是治疗失败的主要原因。随着研究的深入，免疫机制在鼻咽癌发生、发展和临床防治研究中的作用越来越引起大家的重视，本文就近年来免疫机制与鼻咽癌的研究进展做一综述。

Recent advance on immune mechanism in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), also be called 'Gangdong cancer', is one of the highest incidence malignant tumor in our country, especially in Southern China. Although the exact mechanisms for the origin of the disease are not known, genetic factors, virus infection, and environmental cofactors have been implicated in the etiology of NPC. Most of NPC are sensitive to radiation therapy. However, local recurrence and distant metastasis still are main causes which in the failure to cure NPC. With the deepening of the research, the immune mechanism, which in the process of NPC occurrence, development and clinical prevention research, is more and more causing the attention of people. The research progress of immune mechanism in NPC is brielfy reviewed in this paper.
