Correlation between self-care ability,self-feeling burden and self-efficacy in patients with ureteral skin stoma

Objective To observe the self-care ability,self-feeling burden and self-efficacy of patients with ureteral skin stoma,and to analyze the correlation between self-care ability and self-feeling burden and self-efficacy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral dermostomy who received treatment in this hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Questionnaires were used to understand the status of patients'self-care ability,self-perceived burden and self-efficacy,and the correlation between patients'self-care ability and self-perceived burden and self-efficacy was analyzed.Results Among 100 patients with ureterocutaneous stoma,the self-care ability score was(115.34±11.26)points,and the self-feeling burden was(40.14±5.98)points.There were 35 cases with mild,40 cases with moderate and 25 cases with severe self-perceived burden.The score of self-efficacy in patients with ureteral dermostomy:the total score was(69.75±7.24)points,which was in the middle level.The self-care ability of patients with ureteral dermostomy was negatively correlated with self-perceived burden and positively correlated with self-efficacy score.Patients with age greater than or equal to 65 years old,divorced or widowed,per capita monthly income less than 3000 yuan,total score of self-perceived burden greater than or equal to 40 points,and self-efficacy less than 70 points had low self-care ability score.Further regression analysis showed that age,total score of self-perceived burden and self-efficacy were the factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with ureteral dermatostomy.Conclusions The self-care ability of patients with ureteral skin stoma is negatively correlated with self-experience burden and positively correlated with self-efficacy.
