摘    要:目的:研究基于人工智能系统的健康教育对2型糖尿病患者控制指标的影响,完善2型糖尿病患者的健康教育方式。方法:选择符合要求且自愿入组的2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅接受常规内分泌门诊诊疗,试验组接受常规门诊诊疗的同时还接受基于人工智能系统的健康教育。定期随访两组患者并记录患者的血糖指标空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂指标三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、血压和体质量指数(BMI),比较两组患者随访前后各项指标的差异。结果:与对照组比较,试验组患者随访结束时FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC和LDL-C指标显著改善(P<0.05),且FBG、2hPG显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组的各项指标随访前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:基于人工智能系统的健康教育可改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖和血脂指标,为患者的健康教育提供一种新的方式。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of health education based on artificial intelligence system on the control indicators in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and improve the health education mode of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion requirements and were voluntarily enrolled for study were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each consisting of 30 patients.The patients in the control group only received routine endocrine treatment,while the patients in the experimental group received health education based on artificial intelligence system in addition to routine endocrine treatment.The patients in the two groups had regular medical follow-ups and the blood glucose indexesfasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],blood lipids indexestriacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],blood pressure and body mass index(BMI)were recorded for study.The differences in the above indexes before and after follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:At the end of the follow-up,the FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC and LDL-C indicators of the patients in the experimental group improved significantly as compared with those of the patients in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of FBG and 2hPG were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05),while no significant differences could be seen in the indexes of the control group,when comparisons were made between pre and post medical follow-ups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on artificial intelligence system could improve blood glucose and blood lipids indicators in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and might provide a new way of health education for those patients.
