Effect of Combined Exercise Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Postoperative Curative Effect and Recurrence Rate of Lumbar Disc Herniation |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of combined exercise therapy of Traditional Chinese and westermn medicine on postopera-tive curative efct and recurrence rate of lumbar disc hermniation.Methods:42 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into ex-perimental group(n=22)and control group(n=20)by random number table method.The control group received postoperative tradi-tional back muscle training,and the experimental group received sports rehabilitation therapy combined with Traditional Chinese and west-ern medicine.Results:The patients in the experimental group and the control group were followed up,and the long-term comprehensive functional recovery in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The recurrence rate was 9.09%in the experimental group and 15%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:The combined exercise ther-apy of traditional Chinese and western medicine after lumbar disc herniation can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate and improve the long-term efficacy. |
