摘    要:本实验选用NIH种小白鼠,应用Chernoff-Kavlock试验,初步观察了砷的发育毒性。结果显示:(1)染砷各组孕鼠体重、活仔窝率、窝的大小、平均活仔出生体重、出生3整天活仔平均增重和出生3整天平均存活率与溶剂对照组比较均无明显差异;(2)高剂量组(4.5 mg As/kg)仔鼠断乳后体重明显低于溶剂对照组,中低剂量组(0.75 mg As/kg、0.15 mg As/kg)仔鼠体重则明显高于溶剂对照组。结果提示,砷对仔鼠生长发育可能具有双相性影响。

Abstract:The development toxicity of arsenic on NIH mice was studied with Chernoff-Kaviock test. The results showed: (1)There was no significant difference between groups of arsenic and the control in Chernoff-Kavlock indexes. (2)In high dose group (4.5 mg As/kg) the body weight of newborn mouse after weaning was lower than that of the control; while body weight of other groups (0.75 mg As/kg, 0.15 mg As/kg) was higher than the control. The results suggested that the arsenic have bipolar effects on development of newborn mouse.
