摘    要:
目的探讨心理干预与健康教育在脑梗塞患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院从2010年3月—2012年6月间,经过医院确诊的符合条件的脑梗塞患者180例,按照1:1的比例将他们分为观察组(A组)与对照组(B组)。观察组患者进行心理干预与健康教育护理模式,对照组患者进行常规性的护理模式,仔细观察这两组患者的治疗效果。结果在心理状况恢复情况下,观察组明显优于对照组;在自我保健掌握上,观察组也明显优于对照组;在治疗满意度上,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在对脑梗塞患者实施心理干预与健康教育护理时,能够提高患者的自我保健能力,改善心理状况,提升生活质量,同时提高了患者对护理的满意度,有利于构建和谐的医患关系。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention and health education in the care of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 180 cases of eligible patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction in our hospital from March, 2010 to June, 2012 were selected. In accordance with the ratio of 1:1, they were divided into the observation group (group A) and the control group (group B). The patients of the observation group were treated with care model of psychological intervention with health education, while the patients of the control group were given routine care. The therapeutic effect of these two groups of pa- tients was observed carefully. Results In the case of the psychological state of recovery, the observation group was significantly bet- ter than the control group; mastery of self-care, the observation group was significantly better than the control group; treatment sat- isfaction, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of psychological intervention and health education care for patients with cerebral infarction, can improve the pa- tients" self-care ability and their psychological conditions, enhance the quality of life and improve patient satisfaction with care, and is conducive to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
