循证护理应用于早期先兆流产患者效果观察

目的探讨循证护理应用于早期先兆流产患者效果。方法选取该院于2010年1月—2012年8月收治的80例早期先兆流产患者妇女的临床资料,随机分为护理组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规的护理方法,而治疗组则是在常规护理的基础上采取循证护理。最后分析两组患者的护理效果。结果在不良症状的发生率和机体疼痛方面,护理组的几率明显少于对照组,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理作为一种护理模式,应用于早期先兆流产患者的治疗中,有利于降低并发症发生率,减少手术后机体疼痛程度,值得推广。

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Patients with Early Threatened Abortion

Objective This article is mainly to observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with early threatened abortion. Methods The clinical data of 80 female patients with early threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from January, 2010 to August, 2012 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional care method, while the nursing group was treated with evidence-based nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect of two groups of patients was analyzed. Results The incidences of adverse symptoms and body pain of the nursing group were obviously lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing as a nursing mode, applied to the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion, is beneficial to reducing the incidence of complications and postoperative body pain, and is worth pro-
