| 摘 要： | 目的探讨门诊女性患者尿常规留取时前段尿和中段尿标本对检查结果的影响。方法对门诊肾内科就诊的84例女性患者前段尿和中段尿标本的检查结果进行分析。结果门诊女性患者尿常规留取时前段尿和中段尿标本的白细胞计数存在差异,前段尿标本的白细胞计数异常者多于中段尿标本。结论门诊女性患者留取尿标本时,应考虑前段尿和中段尿标本之间的差异,指导患者正确的留取方法,提高检查结果的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the impact of the forepart and middle segment urine samples on the result of urine routine test in female patients.Method The results of the forepart and middle segment urine samples in urine routine test from 84 female patients in the nephrology outpatient department were analyzed.Results There was significant eifference in the result of urine routine test between the forepart and middle segment urine samples in female patients.The result showed that the forepart urine sample had more white blood cells than the middle segment urine sample.Conclusion In order to improve the accuracy of urine routine test for female patients in outpatient department,it is necessary to consider the difference between forepart and middle segment urine samples and instruct the female patients to collect urine samples correctly. |
