颈椎前路手术治疗颈髓损伤38例围术期的护理

目的总结对38例颈髓损伤患者的护理经验。方法通过对行手术治疗的38例颈髓损伤患者在术前充分评估患者心理状况，行上呼吸道的护理及有效的术前护理，术后严格监测患者的生命体征。严密观察和防止术后并发症的发生，指导患者康复功能锻炼。结果本组病例中的35例患者症状有不同程度的改善．未出现因护理不当而造成并发症的发生。结论护士围术期的密切观察和精心护理，对促进手术成功和患者康复具有重要意义。

Perioperation period nursing approaches of anterior cervical operation to repair cervical spinal cord injury in 38 patients

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of cervical spinal cord injury in 38 patients. Methods A series of measures to nurse the 38 surgery patients was took, included a full preoperative assessment of psychological status, upper respiratory tract and effective preoperative nursing, strict monitoring of the patient＇s postoperative vital sign, close observation and prevention of the occurrence of postoperative complications was given, and the guidance about how to do the postoperative rehabilitation functional training was given. Results Thirty-eight cases of patients had different degrees of symptomatic improvement, and no complications owing to improper nursing was observed. Conclusion It is of great significance to promote the successful operation and rehabilitation of patients through the close nursing observation and careful nursing treatment measures.
