儿童眼外伤的临床护理体会

目的探讨临床眼外伤患者的护理方法及效果。方法回顾性分析本院260例眼外伤儿童患者的临床护理资料，对患者的护理方法、护理期间的并发症及护理的效果进行统计研究，并对患者进行回访调查，分析患者对临床护理的满意度等。结果260例患者通过良好的护理，均痊愈出院，患者对护理工作的满意度较高，认可全面护理及护理干预对患者的护理效果。结论儿童眼外伤不同于其他部分损伤，护理工作需要精心安排，强化患者的危险意识，提高自我保护，且护理人员需要加强对患者的临床关注度，降低感染等并发症的出现概率，具有较强的临床实际意义。

Nursing experience of children with ocular trauma

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect of clinical ocular trauma patients. Methods The clinical nursing data of 260 cases of children with ocular trauma was retrospectively analyzed, the nursing methods, complications during the nursing and the effect of nursing were statistically studied, and the patients were given fol- low-up, and the patients＇ satisfaction of clinical nursing care was analyzed. Results Through the good nui＇sing care, all the 260 patients were recovered from hospital. Patients with higher satisfaction to the nursing care, the nursing effect of comprehensive care and nursing intervention were accepted. Conclusion The ocular trauma in children is different from other parts of injury, nursing work requires careful arrangement, emphasizing the risk consciousness of patients, enhance self-protection, and nurses need to strengthen clinical attention of patients, reduce the occurrence of compli- cations such as infection, it can strengthen the clinical significance.
