乳腺癌术后化疗行PICC28例临床护理研究

目的探讨乳腺癌术后化疗行PICC的护理疗效。方法选取本院2011年2月-2012年10月乳腺癌患者28例，治疗方法均为术后化疗行PICC。随机分为两组，实施常规护理患者14例为对照组，实施护理干预患者14例为观察组，比较两组患者的置管情况及并发症情况。结果观察组一次置管成功率（100．0％）明显高于对照组（71．4％），观察组二次及以上置管成功率（0．0％）、并发症发生率（7．1％）明显低于对照组（28．6％、42．9％），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳腺癌患者在术后化疗行PICC的同时，给予有效的护理干预可以明显改善患者的预后，提高一次置管成功率，降低并发症发生率。

Clinical nursing research on PICC and postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer of 28 cases

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of PICC and postoperative chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods Twenty-eight cases of patients with breast cancer were selected in hospital from February 2011 to October 2012, who accepted postoperative chemotherapy and PICC in treatment, All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 14 patients used routine care as control group, 14 patients used nursing intervention as observation group, the situation of intubation and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The once intubation success rate （100.0%） in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （71.4%）. The two and above intubation success rate （0.0%）, complication rate （7.1%） in observation group were significantly lower than that of con trol group （28.6%, 42.9%）. The differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In treatment of patients with breast cancer by postoperative chemotherapy and PICC, effeetive nursing intervention can significantly improve prognosis, which can improve once intubation success rate and reduce complication rate.
