针灸推拿综合治疗肩关节周围炎75例效果观察

目的探讨针灸推拿综合治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选择75例肩关节周围炎患者，随机分为治疗组及观察组，对照组采用针灸治疗，观察组采用针灸联合推拿治疗，比较不同时间VAS评分及临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗后1、2及4周时VAS均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组痊愈率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针灸联合推拿治疗肩周炎能有效缓解患者疼痛，临床效果显著。

Curative effect observation of acupuncture combined manipulation in scapulohumeral periarthritis

Objectibe To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined manipulation in scapulohumeral pe- riarthritis. Methods Seventy five patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomzed into control grouups and observations groups, acupuncture were taken in control group and acupuncture combined manipulation were taken in observation group, clinical effect and score of VAS in different time were contrasted between control groups and obser- vations groups. Results Score of VAS was lower in observations groups than in control groups at 1, 2, and 4 weeks（P 〈 0.05）, cure rate was higher in observation group than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined manipulation could effectively release pain in scapulohumeral periarthritis,had notable clinical effect.
