白血病患者自我感受负担水平的分析与护理干预

目的 探讨白血病患者的自我感受负担,以及给予护理干预的效果,为临床提供参考.方法 将本院2010年1月～2012年10月收治的90例白血病患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理及健康教育干预,采用自我感受负担量表对患者的自我感受负担进行评定,比较两组患者干预前后自我感受负担的变化情况.结果 护理干预前两组患者的经济因素、情感因素、身体因素得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.进行护理干预以后,观察组患者的情感因素得分明显低于对照组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）;而两组经济因素、身体因素得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 心理护理与健康教育可改善患者的情感因素,但对经济因素和身体因素效果不佳.

Self feel burden level analysis of leukemia patients and its nursing intervention

Objective To discuss the self feel burden and effect of nursing intervention of leukemia patients, in order to provide reference for clinical. Methods Ninety cases of leukemia patients were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012, they were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 45 cases, the control group patients were given conventional nursing, the observation group patients were give psychological nursing and health education intervention, the patient＇s self feels burden was evaluated by the self feels burden scale, the patients with self feeling and the change were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The economic factors, emotional factors, physical factor score of nursing intervention before and after in the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. After the nursing intervention, the patients with emotional factors score in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; And the economic factors, physical factor score between the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nurs- ing and health education can improve the patients emotional factors, but the effect of the economic factors and physical factors is not beautiful.
