妇产科护理中的风险及其管理的探究

目的 探讨在妇产科护理管理中的风险及其管理的临床应用效果.方法 选取本院妇产科收治的80例患者,给予其实施护理风险管理,观察护理风险实施前后患者对护理人员工作态度、工作能力、防范风险意识、管理工作以及健康宣教评分变化情况和护理人员的满意度.结果 实施风险管理后,患者对护理人员的满意度明显高于实施前,且对护理人员的工作态度、防范风险意识、管理工作以及健康宣教评分均明显升高,对比差异均具有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 在妇产科护理过程中实施护理风险管理,可有效提高护理人员的防范风险的意识,改善其工作态度,提高护理质量,提高患者满意度.

Exploration of the risk and management in gynecological nursing

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of the risk and management in gynecological nursing. Methods Eighty patients who were treated in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were given nursing risk management. Then before and after the implementation of nursing risk management, the change of score on work attitude, work ability, risk prevention awareness, management and health education of nursing staff, and pa- tient satisfaction on nursing staff were observed. Results After the implementation of risk management, patient satis- faction on nursing staff was obviously higher than that before the implementation, and the score on work attitude, risk prevention awareness, management and health education of nursing staff increased significantly, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It can effectively improve risk prevention awareness, working attitude and nursing quality of nursing staff, and improve patient satisfaction that implementing nursing risk management in gynecological nursing.
