急性有机磷中毒急诊救治分析

目的探讨急性有机磷中毒的急诊救治体会。方法对本院2010年11月-2012年10月收治的80例有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均给予一般治疗、洗胃、给予胆碱酯酶、防止脑水肿及呼吸衰竭治疗。结果治愈77例，死亡3例，其中，1例患者死于呼吸肌麻痹和呼吸衰竭，1例患者因“反跳”死亡，1例患者死于气管插管后肺部感染。结论对于急性有机磷中毒患者给予及时清除毒物，抗胆碱酯酶药物治疗及对症治疗，可及时挽救患者的生命。

Analysis of emergency treated the acute organophosphorus poisoning

Objective To study the experience of emergency treated the acute organophosphorus poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients in our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were given general therapy, gastric lavage, give cholinesterase, prevent cerebral edema and respiratory failure treatment. Results Seventy seven case were cured, 3 cases were death, among them, one patient died of respiratory palsy and respiratory failure, 1 patient died because of ＂bounce＂, I patient died after tracheal intubation and pulmonary infection. Conclusion For patients with acute organophosphorus poison- ing patients give timely remove poison, antieholinesterase drug therapy and symptomatic treatment, it can timely to save the life of patient.
