依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的 探讨依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效.方法 将60例DPN患者随机分为3组,每组各20例,观察组采用依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗,对照A组采用依达拉奉治疗,对照B组采用血栓通注射液治疗,并比较3组的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照A组为70.00%,对照B组为70%,观察组与对照A组、对照B组相比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）,对照A组与对照B组相比较差异无统计学意义（P 〉 0.05）,3组患者MCV和SCV均较治疗前有明显提高（P 〈 0.05）,观察组治疗后MCV和SCV传导速度明显优于对照A、B组（均P 〈 0.05）.结论 依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液不但能提高DPN的神经传导速度,且安全可靠,有效缓解其他症状,具有明显的疗效.

The clinical research of edaravone combining with Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of edaravone combining with Xueshuangtong injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Sixty patients with DPN were evenly divided into three groups： observation group, group A, and group B in random. In the observation group, edaravone combining with Xueshuangtong injection was provided. While in the group A, only edaravone was given and in the group B, only Xueshuangtong injection was supplied. The clinical effects among three groups were compared. Results The total effec- tive rate in the observation group, group A, and group B was 95.00%, 70.00%, and 70.00% respectively. The differ- ences were statistical between the observation group and group A, and the observation group and group B （P 〈 0.05）. But the difference was not significant between group A and group B （P 〉 0.05）. The motor nerve conduction velocity （MCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV） in the three groups were much higher than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. MCV and SCV in the observation group after treatment were obviously superior to those in the group A and group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combining with Xueshuangtong injection not only increases nerve conduction velocity of DPN, but also is safe and reliable, which can effectively alleviate other symptoms and obtain a remarkable effect.
