精神科护理人员自测健康状况及其影响因素分析

目的 了解精神科护理人员的身心健康状况及其人口学信息方面的影响因素,为开展促进精神科护理人员的心理健康工作提供参考.方法 应用自测健康评定量表,在调查员的现场指导下采用自行填写方式对366例精神科护理人员进行调查.结果 精神科护理人员在生理健康（BZT）、心理健康（MZT）、自测健康（ZCZT）得分上明显低于国内常模水平（P ＜ 0.05）,而在社会健康（SZT）得分差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.不同婚姻状态、经济状态者在MZT、SZT及ZCZT上差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.不同文化组在BZT、SZT及ZCZT上的差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）,在MZT上差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.不同性别在BZT、MZT、SZT、ZCZT上差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.少数民族与汉族在BZT、ZCZT上差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）,而在MZT、SZT上差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 精神科护理人员的自测健康状况偏差,性别、种族、婚姻状况、文化程度、经济状况是影响精神科护理人员身心健康的重要因素,在今后开展促进精神护理人员的心理健康工作中应予以充分重视.

Analysis of the self-rated health status and its influencing factors of psychiatric nursing staffs

Objective To understand the physical and mental health status of psychiatric nursing staffs and its demo- graphic influencing factors. Methods The self-rated health measurement scale （SRHMS） was used, 366 psychiatric nursing staff were investigated under the guidance of the investigator site by the way of self-fill in. Results Scores of physical health, mental health and self-ratedheahhstatus were significantly lower than the national norm （P 〈 0.001）, but there was no statistically significant difference for the score of social health （P 〉 0.05）. The differences of the scores of mental health,social health, and self-ratedhealthstatus among the different groups of marital status and eco- nomic status were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The differences of the scores of physical health, social health, and self-ratedhealthstatus in different groups of educational level were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference for the score of mental health （P 〉 0.05）.The differences of the scores of physical health, mental health,social health, and self-ratedhcalthstatus among the different groups of gender were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, Compared ethnic Han with national minority, there was statistically significant difference among the score of physical health and self-ratedhealthstatus （P 〈 0.05）, but there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of mental health and social health （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The overall status of self-rated health of psy- chiatric nursing staffs is bad. Self-rated health status is largely influenced by gender, race, marital status, educational level and economic status, so mental health educational interventions will he needed to effectively improve the self- rated health status in the future.
