B超监视妇产科手术仪在人工流产术中的应用

目的探讨B超监视妇产科手术仪在人工流产术中的应用效果。方法将本院2012年3～12月收治疗的120例要求终止妊娠的妇女随机分为两组，对照组给予常规人工流产手术治疗，而观察组在B超监视妇产科手术仪的监视下进行手术，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间和术后月经恢复时间以及术中出血量均明显少于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为1．7％，对照组术后并发症发生率为15．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床人工流产手术中应用B超监视妇产科手术仪能够有效缩短手术时间，促进术后月经的恢复，值得临床应用。

Application of gynaecology and monitoring equipment in artificial obstetrics operation type-B ultrasonic abortion operation

Objective To explore the application effect of gynaecology and obstetrics operation type-B ultrasonic mon- itoring equipment in artificial abortion operation. Methods One hundred and twenty women requesting termination of pregnancy in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observa- tion group. In control group, patients were provided with regular artificial abortion operation, while in observation group, the operation was performed under gynaeeology and obstetrics operation type-B ultrasonic monitoring equip- ment. The application effects in the two groups were observed. Results The operation time, postoperative menstrual re- covery time, amount of bleeding during operation in observation group were remarkably less than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In observation group, the occurrence rate of postopera- tive complication was 1.7%, while it was 15.0% in control group, which displayed a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of gynaecology and obstetrics operation type-B ultrasonic monitoring equipment in the ar- tificial abortion operation can effectively shorten operation time, promote recovery of menstruation after surgery, which is worthy of extension in clinic.
