四物汤配方颗粒联合复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性视神经萎缩的临床研究

目的探讨四物汤配方颗粒联合复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性视神经萎缩的效果。方法选择2009年1月～2011年12月于本院接受治疗的外伤性视神经萎缩患者64例。其中32例采用常规治疗作为对照组，另外32例患者在对照组治疗基础上加用四物汤配方颗粒治疗为研究组。1个月为1个疗程，观察两组患者治疗前后视力、视野的变化。结果对照组有效率为78．13％，研究组有效率为90．63％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与治疗前视野比较，两组治疗后视野改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，与对照组视野比较，研究组视野改善明显。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论四物汤配方颗粒联合复方樟柳碱治疗视神经萎缩效果显著，值得临床推广。

A clinical study about Siwu Tang granule combined with compound anisodine in treatment of traumatic optic nerve atrophy

Objective To investigate the effect of Siwu Tang granule combined with compound anisodine in treatment of traumatic optic nerve atrophy. Methods Sixty four cases who were treated by traumatic optic nerve atrophy were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011. 32 cases of them were given a routine treatment, while the other 32 patients in the research group were treated with Siwu Tang granule based on the control group. A month was a courses, the changes before and after treatment in patients with visual acuity, visual field of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of control group was 78.13%, research group curative effective rate was 90.63%, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, vision of two groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）, and the research group improved significantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Siwu Tang granule combined with compound anisodine in treatment of optic atrophy shows significant effect, which is worth the clinical promoted.
