激创旋切术对乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果

目的分析探讨微创旋切术对乳腺纤维瘤的临床治疗效果。方法选取2004年8月。2011年7月在本院就诊并进行治疗的乳腺纤维瘤患者62例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,分别分析两组患者临床治疗效果、手术时间和术中出血量、并发症发生率等情况。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者乳房美容效果满意度、乳房双侧基本对称、伤口甲级愈合率均明显升高。术中出血量和手术时间明显降低．发生切口感染、局部水肿、瘢痕形成等并发症的发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论微创旋切术可有效减少术后并发症。减少术中出血量,缓解患者病痛的同时,起到美容效果,受到患者的认可,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery on the breast tumor

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery on breast fibroma. Methods Sixty two patients in the period from August 2004 to July 2011 in our hospital were selected, and who were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, the therapeutic efficacy, surgery time and blood loss, complication rate of two group patients were analyzed. Results Compared to the control group, the rate of atisfaction, breast bilateral symmetry, wound grade healing of observation group was significantly higher, and the blood loss and operative time, wound＇ infection, local edema the scarring complications occurred was significantly reduced significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery can be effective in reducing post-operative complica- tions, reduce blood loss, remission in patients with pain, and play a cosmetic effect by the recognition of patients with significant clinical effect, and worthy of promotion.
