前瞻性护理干预对脑梗死患者预防压疮的研究

目的探讨前瞻性护理干预对脑梗死患者预防压疮的效果。方法将96例脑梗死患者随机分为实验组48例及对照组48例,两组均按脑梗死常规护理,实验组在入院时即采取前瞻性护理干预,观察两组的压疮发生率。结果两组的压疮发生率对比差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.17,P〈0.05）,实验组的脑梗死患者压疮发生率为0,对照组发生率为8.3%。结论前瞻性护理干预措施能有效减少并预防脑梗死患者压疮的发生,减轻患者痛苦,促进康复。

Prevention of prospective nursing intervention on decubitus of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of prospective nursing intervention on decubitus of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety six patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group （n = 48） and the control group （n = 48）, both groups were given routine care. The experimental group received the prospective nursing intervention immediately after hospitalization. The incidence of decubitus was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of decubitus had significant difference between the two groups （χ2 = 4.17, P 0.05）, which was only 0 in the experimental group and 8.3% in the control group. Conclusion Prospective nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of decubitus, which has important significance to reduce the suffering and promote rehabilitation.
