高血压患者100例临床护理分析

目的 探讨高血压患者的临床护理措施,为提高高血压患者的护理效果以及生活质量和生命安全提供可靠依据.方法 对所有高血压患者均给予常规护理与护理干预相结合的综合性护理措施,患者护理前后均进行血压监测,指导患者护理前后均填写焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表,给予统计学分析.结果 高血压患者护理后舒张压与收缩压均较护理前明显下降;焦虑与抑郁情况均较护理前明显好转,差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 高血压患者给予常规护理措施与护理干预措施相结合的综合性护理措施,能够有效降低血压,并改善焦虑、抑郁等负面心理情绪,提高治疗效果以及生存和生活质量,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical nursing analysis of 100 cases of patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical care measures of patients with hypertension, and to provide a reliable ba- sis to improve the care effect of patients with hypertension as well as quality of life and life safety. Methods All the patients with hypertension were. given a combination of comprehensive care for routine care and nursing intervention measures, the patients＂ blood pressure was monitored before and after the nursing, the patient were guided to fill in the self-evaluation of anxiety scale and depression self rating scale before and after the nursing, then the statistics analysis was given. Results After the nursing, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients with hypertension was de- creased than before the nursing; the anxiety and depression situation of patients was improve markedly than before the nursing, the differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of routine nursing in- terventions and nursing interventions comprehensive care measures in hypertension patients can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve anxiety, depression and other negative psychological feelings, so as to improve the thera- peutic effect and survival and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promote the application.
