乳腺纤维瘤的超声诊断价值

目的探讨彩色超声对乳腺纤维瘤诊断的价值，提高乳腺纤维瘤患者的早期诊断率。方法选择2009年12月-2011年11月本院做乳腺检查的60例乳腺纤维瘤患者，使用美国GELogic7彩色多普勒超声诊断仪．探头频率为5-12MHz。结果（1）典型的声像图表现的患者为46例，非典型的患者为14例；（2）手术病理证实有38例乳腺纤维瘤，占全部的63-3％。结论彩色超声可以用来作为乳腺纤维瘤的诊断依据，为临床治疗提供了重要依据，值得在基层医院进一步推广使用。

Diagnostic value of ultrasound for breast fibroma

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color ultrasound for breast fibroma, so as to improve the early diagnosis rate of patients with breast fibroma. Methods Sixty patients with breast fibroma who received breast detection in our hospital from DeCember 2009 to November 2011 were selected and detected by color Doppler ultra- sound diagnostic unit of GE Logic 7, probe head frequency of 5-12 MHz. Results （1）There were 46 cases with typical sonogram, 14 cases with atypical sonogram; （2）Surgically and pathologically confirmed 38 cases of breast fibroma with 63.3% of all. Conclusion For breast fibroma, color ultrasound can be the diagnostic base, provide important informa- tion for clinical treatment, and worthy of further promotion in primary hospital.
