PDCA循环在急诊护理质量管理中应用的价值分析

摘    要:
目的探讨在急诊护理质量管理中实施PDCA循环的价值。方法本院急诊科自2012年5月起将PDCA循环管理模式引入护理质量管理中,分别于2012年4月及2012年12月各选取140例有可比性的患者,通过自行设计的量表请患者对护理满意度进行评价,于实施PDCA前后对消毒隔离合格率、无菌物品合格率以及一医一患执行率进行抽查和统计。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,患者在各方面对护理满意程度均有明显提高.患者总体满意度可达94.00%,明显高于实施PDCA循环管理前85.14%的比例;经过PDCA循环护理后,护理消毒隔离合格率、无菌物品合格率以及一医一患执行率分别为97.62%、100.00%和95.29%。明显高于对照组90.48%、96.23%和82.76%的比例,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在急诊护理管理中引入PDCA循环模式,通过4个阶段环环相扣地不断循环,及时发现护理中存在的问题,及时进行不断地改进,逐渐提高护理的质量,并促进护患关系良好发展。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of the PDCA cycle in the quality of emergency care management. Methods The PDCA cycle management model was introduced to the nursing quality management by emergency department of our hospital since May 2012. 140 cases of patients with comparable scales in April 2012 and December 2012 were chosen respectively. By the designed form to evaluate the patients'care satisfaction. The qualified rate of disinfection and isolation, sterile items pass rate as well as a medical one suffering from the implementation rate before and after the implementation of the PDCA were taken for disinfection and isolation. Results After the implementation of the PDCA cycle management, the patient's nursing satisfaction was significantly improved in all directions, the overall patient's satisfaction was up to 94.00%, significantly higher than the proportion of 85.14% before the PDCA cycle management. After PDCA cycle care the passing rate of nursing disinfection and isolation, sterile pass rate, and a doctor and one suffering from the implementation rate were 97.62%, 100.00% and 95.29% respectively, significantly higher than 90.48%, 96.23% and 82.76% of the proportion respectively in the control group. The difference was statis- tically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle model introduced in the management of emergency care, constantly circulating through a chain of four stages, timely care, and continuous improvement in a timely manner, can gradually improve the quality of care and promote the development of good nurse-patient relationship.
