氨氯地平与硝苯地平治疗老年性高血压的疗效对比

目的探讨氨氯地平与硝苯地平治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效。方法将120例老年性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组（各60例），观察组给予氨氯地平治疗，对照组给予硝苯地平治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96．7％，明显优于对照组的88.3％（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均明显低于同组治疗前（P〈0．05），但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率为13．3％，明显低于对照组的43．3％（P〈0．05）；观察组坚持服药时间及坚持服药者分别为（48±6）d及54例，明显优于对照组的（40±7）d及42例（P〈0．05），观察组依从性优于对照组。结论应用氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压疗效显著，能够显著降低患者血压，具有较好的依从性，且不良反应较少，值得临床推广应用。

The comparison of clinical curative effects on senile hypertension between Amlodipine and Nifedipine

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Amlodipine and Nifedipine on senile hypertension. Meth- ods One hundred and twenty cases of senile hypertension patients were divided into observation group and control group （n=60）. Amlodipine was administrated to patients of observation group, and Nifedipine was administrated to pa- tients of control group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, obviously better than that of control group （88.3%） （P 〈 0.05）. The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in two groups after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment （/9 〈 0.05）. However, the differences between two groups were not sig- nificant （P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of untoward effect of observation group was 13.3%, which was obviously lower than that of control group （43.3%） （P 〈 0.05）. Medication adherence time and people adhere to medication in observation group were （48±6）d and 54 cases, obviously better than those of control group, namely （40±7）d and 42 eases （P 〈 0.05）. The compliance of observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of amlodipine on senile hypertension is significant. Amlodipine can decrease blood pressure significantly. With better compliance and less untoward effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
