目的总结经皮激光与臭氧椎间盘减压联合复方倍他米松椎体小关节注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并小关节病变的护理经验。方法回顾分析120例经皮激光与臭氧椎间盘减压联合复方倍他米松注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并小关节病变术前、术中、术后的护理方法。结果手术成功115例，无一例发生严重并发症。结论经皮激光与臭氧椎间盘减压联合复方倍他米松注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并小关节病变的科学护理保证了治疗和康复的顺利进行。

Nursing for patients receiving percutaneous laser and ozone intervertebral disc decompression combined with compound betamethasone vertebral small joint injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation accompanied with small joint disease

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of percutaneous laser and ozone intervertebral disc decompression combined with compound betamethasone vertebral small joint injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation accompanied with small joint disease. Methods The preoperative nursing care measures carried out in 120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation accompanied with small joint disease who underwent laser and ozone intervertebral disc decompression combined with compound betamethasone vertebral small joint injection were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation was accomplished successfully in 115 cases. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion Scientific and proper nursing care is a strong guarantee for a successful surgery and a better recovery in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with laser and ozone intervertebral disc decompression combined with compound betamethasone vertebral small joint injection.
