红蓝光联合一清胶囊治疗痤疮的疗效观察

目的 探讨红蓝光联合治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效.方法 将90例患者随机分为3组：A组红蓝光照射治疗,每次20 min,每周2次,共4周,同时口服一清胶囊1 g,每日3次,共4周;B组：红蓝光照射治疗4周;C组：仅口服一清胶囊4周.结果 轻中度痤疮有效率及总有效率A组与C组、B组与C组之间差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）,A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 红蓝光联合治疗轻中度痤疮效果明显、安全且不良反应少.

Efficacy observation of combined blue and red phototherapy in treatment of acne vulgaris

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of red and blue light phototherapy for the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into three groups： group A were given red and blue light phototherapy, 20 minutes each tim~, 2 times a week, for 4 weeks, as well as oral Yiqing capsule 1 g, 3 times a day, a total of 4 weeks; group B were given red and blue light phototherapy for 4 weeks; group C were given only oral Yiqing capsule 4 weeks. Results Mild to moderate ache efficiency and total efficiency of group A and group C, group B and group C had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, group A and group B had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Red and blue light combination phototherapy for mild to moderate aene is effective, safe treatment with few complications.
