| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大隐静脉曲张的治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析本院2006年9月～2011年11月采用改进高位结扎及剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张36例患者的临床资料.结果 平均每条肢体手术时间为59 min,术后并发症的发生率为8.3%.患者术后症状明显减轻,随访2~14个月未见静脉曲张复发.结论 改进高位结扎剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the experiences of high ligation and stripping in the treatment of the geeat saphe- nous vein varicoses. Methods Thirty-six cases （43 limbs in total） of lower extremity varicose underwent modified high ligation and stripping were .analyzed from September 2006 to November 2011. Results The average time of the surgery for every limb was about 59 minutes. The incidence rate of the postoperative complications was about 8.3%. The symptoms of the cases after the surgery relieved significantly. There was no recurrence after 2 to 14 months follow-up. Conclusion The modified ligation and stripping in the treatment of the great saphenous vein varicoses is worthy of clinical application. |
