桡动脉穿刺在新生儿采血中的应用

目的探讨桡动脉穿刺在新生儿患儿抽血监测或监护血气的应用可行性。方法采用1mL注射器,5mL注射器（或最细头皮针）行桡动脉穿刺抽血。结果 7935例新生儿行桡动脉穿刺抽血,7528例一次穿刺抽血成功,成功率为94.87%。结论在新生儿抽血中,采用桡动脉穿刺留取血液标本,具有操作方便、简单,易于在新生儿采血困难中推广应用。

Application of radial artery puncture in neonatal blood collection

Objective To investigate the feasibility of radial artery puncture used in neonatal blood collection for monitoring or blood gas monitoring. Methods Radial artery blood sampling was conducted with 1 mL or 5 mL syringe （or the superfine scalp acupuncture）. Results Seven thousand nine hundred and thirty-five cases of neonates were given radial artery blood sampling, and it succeeded at the first time in 7528 cases, the success rate was 94.87%. Conclusion In neonatal blood collection, blood sample collected by radial artery puncture is convenient and easy. So it is easy to generalize in those neonates with blood collection difficult.
