| 摘 要： | 本文报告了口服激素，平阳霉素局部注射及两者联合应用三种不同方法治疗５４例儿童颌面部血管瘤的体会及疗效观察．结果认为（１）联合用药可充分发挥药物间的相互协同作用，有效率达９６．７７％，无明显并发症，是较理想的血管瘤治疗手段．（２）草霉型血管瘤疗效最佳

| Abstract: | It is reported that 54 cases of hemangioma in Maxillofacial region in childhood were treated using corticosteroid orally,bleomycin As injection locally and both combined respectively.The results indicated:(1)combined application may make full action of mutual cooperation with the two drugs,the efficiency is 96.77%,no obvious complication was found.so,it is an ideal treatment method. (2)the effect on strawberry hemangioma is best. |
