武警某部官兵心理卫生服务现况调查

目的：研究某地区武警内卫部队官兵心理卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法调查武警部队623名官兵的身心健康程度、近1个月心理压力程度、心理压力原因、缓解心理压力途径；心理咨询次数、没有进行心理咨询的原因等。结果武警官兵有32．26％的人有中度及以上身体疼痛／不适，有19．90％的人有中度及以上焦虑／沮丧；18．78％的人近1个月心理压力很大或较大；有66．77％的人没有进行过心理咨询。结论武警官兵心理卫生服务需求量大但利用率低。心理卫生相关部门应及时制定相关政策，调整心理宣教方案，充分利用已搭建好的各种心理平台。

Investigation on the mental health service of the officers and soldiers of a certain unit of the Armed Police

Objective To study the need and provision of the mental health service in a certain unit of the Armed Police . Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling survey was made on the 623 officers and soldiers in a certain unit of the Armed Po-lice.The medical data covered a wide range of topics , such as mental health status , psychological stress sustained in recent month , cause of psychological stress , methods of releasing stress , frequency of psychological counseling and reasons for psychological counse -ling.Results 32.26%of the officers and soldiers experienced moderate or severe physical pain /discomfort, and 19.9% of them had moderate or severe anxiety/depression.18.87% of them experienced severe or high psychological stress in the recent month , and 66.77% of them did not seek for psychological counseling .Conclusion Study results indicated that there was great demand for mental health service among the Armed Police force , but with low provision .Further efforts are demanded on the part of relevant administration concerning mental health service to develop related policies , adjust propaganda and education programs , and at the same time , take full advantage of the established platforms for mental health .
