河南省65岁～74岁人群口腔疾病流行病学调查报告

目的了解河南省老年65岁～74岁人群口腔疾病患病现状,为有针对性地开展牙病防治工作提供依据。方法采用分层、不等比、多阶段、整群抽样的方法进行抽样,按照《第二次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》对2320名城乡老年人进行口腔检查。结果河南省老年人冠龋患病率为60.1%,龋均为2.23,龋补构成比为D93.16%、F6.84%;根面龋患病率为20.09%,根龋龋均为0.59;牙周疾病患病率为81.08%;现有恒牙平均为18.87颗,失牙率为84.44%。结论河南省老年人口腔疾病患病率高,治疗率非常低。应加强老年人牙病防治工作,不断强化口腔健康关乎全身健康的观念,努力改善老年人的口腔健康状况,提高老年人生活质量。

An epidemiologic study on oral diseases in old folks in Henan Province

Objective:TO obtain some information of the prevalence of oral diseases and the needs of dental treatment in people aged65~74years of henan province so as to develop effective programs in preventing dental disease to the old folks. methods:Based on second national oral health survey standards ,nonproportional stratified cluster sampling was employed in 2002.The total samples of 2320(1161 urban,1159 rural)were examined.results:The prevalence rate of coronal dental caries(DF)was60.13%and the DFTwas2.23.The prevalence rate of base dental caries(bDF)was 20.09%and the bDFTwas 0.59.The periodontal disease percentage was 81.08%.Conclusion:the prevalence rate of caries and periodontal disease were higher and the percentage of being treated were lower .Thetraditional dental approaches have not been able to satisfy the needs fo people.It is necessary that oral hygiene education and oral health care should be propagated and strengthen.
