| 摘 要： | 目的 分析 336例葡萄胎患者化疗前后血清中 IL - 2和 SIL - 2 R含量的变化。方法 采用免疫化学法测定患者血清中 IL - 2和 SIL - 2 R含量 ,并与 35名健康人作对照。结果 化疗前 IL - 2活性明显低于正常人 ,SIL -2 R水平明显高于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) ,化疗后 6个月复发者 IL- 2 / SIL- 2 R水平持续异常。未复发者 IL- 2 / SIL- 2 R水平恢复正常。结论 观察患者免疫功能的变化对葡萄胎患者的病情和预后密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the level of IL 2 and SIL 2R in 336 patients with hydatidiform mole before and after chemotherapy.Methods Serum IL 2 and SIL 2R level in patients with hydatidiform mole were detected by immunochemical method and compared with those in 35 normal controls.Results Prechemotherapy IL 2 levels in the patients were lower than those in normal controls while SIL 2R levels were higer( P <0.01).Six months after chemotherapy IL 2 and SIL 2R levels were continuously abnormal in recurrent patients.IL 2 and SIL 2R levels returned to normal in patients without recurrence.Conclusion The patients immune function were correlated to the disease condition and prognosis of hydatidiform mole. |
