| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高氧液对心肌缺血的疗效。方法:心肌缺血病人60例,随机分为对照组(Ⅰ组),观察组(Ⅱ组),观察治疗前后临床表现及血液流变学的影响。结果:Ⅱ组在临床症状缓解时间、血浆肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心电图及血液流变学改善明显优于Ⅰ组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:高氧液可以改善心肌缺血状况,是静脉输液给氧的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of hyperooxic liquid on myocardial ischemia. Methods: 60 patients with myocardial ischemia were divided into contrast group(Group Ⅰ) and observed group (group Ⅱ) .The clinical appearance and the effect of hyperxic liquid on hemorrheology before and after treatment were observed.Results: In groupⅡ,clinical symptoms were alleviated sooner as well as CK-MB,EKG and hemorrheology improved more obviously than that in group I.There was a great difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Hyperoxic liquid can improve the situation of myocardial ischemia ,and is a safe and effective method of giving oxygen by intravenous drip. |
