多潘立酮联合香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察多潘立酮联合香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将2010年1月-2011年1月我院收治的功能性消化不良患者160例随机均分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组采用多潘立酮(10mg,tid)治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用香砂六君子汤治疗。2组均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:试验组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(91.25%vs75.00%,P<0.05);2组患者治疗前、后的临床症状评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后试验组的临床症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且主要临床症状显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:多潘立酮联合香砂六君子汤能显著改善功能性消化不良症状,其疗效确切,安全性较好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with Xiangsha liujunzi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.METHODS:160 patients with functional dyspepsia from Jan.2010 to Jan.2011 were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Both groups were given domperidone while the experiment group was additionally given Xiangsha liujunzi decoction.RESULTS:The total effective rate of experiment group was higher than that of control group(91.25% vs.75.00%,P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of 2 groups had statistical significance before and after surgery(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of experiment group after surgery was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The major clinical symptoms of experiment group after surgery were fewer than those of control group(P<0.05).There is no ADR found in 2 groups.CONCLUSION:Domperidone combined with Xiangsha liujunzi decoction can obviously improve the functional dyspepsia with good effect and few ADR.
