吡格列酮对原发性高血压患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-a水平的影响

目的探讨吡格列酮对原发性高血压患者血清高敏c反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子a（TNF-a）水平的影响。方法将原发．浊高血压患者75例随机分成常规组和观察组。常规组36例给予络活喜和洛汀新治疗，观察组39例在常规组基础上加上吡格列酮每天1次，每次30毫克口服，连续6周；另选30例健康者为对照组。然后将观察组与常规组治疗前后血清hs-CRP、TNF-a水平进行比较并与对照组对比分析。结果原发性高血压患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-a水平高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组血清hs-CRP、TNF-a水平治疗后比治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论原发性高血压患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-a水平较健康者增高，吡格列酮能使之降低。

Influence of Pioglitazone on Serum hs-CRP and TNF Level in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the influence of Pioglitazone on serum hs-CRP and TNF level in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 75 essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups,routine group and observation group.Norvasc and Lotensin were given to 36 patients in routine group,And in the observation group,besides Norvasc and Lotensin,Pioglitazone were used as 30mg qd for 6 weeks.Another 30 healthy persons were chosen as control group.The serum hs-CRP, TNF-a level before and after treatment in routine group,observation group and control group were compared.Results The serum hs-CRP ,TNF-a level in patients with essential hypertension was higher than that of the control group（p〈0.05 ）.The serum hs-CRP ,TNF-a level descended after treatment in observation group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions The serum hs-CRP, TNF-a level in patients with essential hypertension is higher than healthy people,and Pioglitazone can make them decreased.
