| 摘 要： | 目的探讨孕产妇住院期间的健康教育方法，以提高孕产妇的健康教育效果。方法按时问顺序及孕产妇人院顺序将孕产妇分为对照组（200例）和观察组（200例）。对照组采取以传统的功能制护理为主、按需宣教的方法；观察组对每个孕产妇都采取分期宣教、循环宣教、随时宣教的方法。并比较两组孕产妇的健康教育效果。结果观察组孕产妇在分娩时配合助产土的有效技能、自我保健、母乳喂养技巧、婴儿护理方法等方面均明显优于对照组。结论健康教育对保证母乳喂养、母婴健康、预防疾病、减少分娩期的负面影响、改善护患关系都具有重要的作用。
