再谈痔瘘围手术期的镇痛治疗

For the sake of probing into perioperative analgesic therapies of hemorrhoids and fistulas, 80 patients with hemorrhoids or fistulas were randomly divided into two groups:the applied group (40 cases) and the controlled group (40 cases).The combines perioperative analgesia was used in the applied group and the conventional analgesia in the controlled group. The analgesic conditions of the two groups were prospectively evaluated and clinically observed. The result showed that the analgesic effect in the former was much better than that in the latter (P≤0.O1). It is concluded that the combined perioperative analgesic therapy should be used in the treatment of hemorrhoids and fistulas。
