乳腺癌中Survivin和p16蛋白表达及其病理学意义

目的探讨Survivin和p16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与病理生物学行为的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测100例乳腺癌、10例乳腺腺瘤及10例瘤旁正常乳腺组织中Survivin和p16基因蛋白的表达。结果乳腺癌中Survivin和p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为74%、52%。在乳腺癌组Survivin表达与p16呈负相关;p16与病理分级、分期、转移有关,Survivin与病理分级、转移有关。结论Survivin的过度表达与p16抑癌作用的缺失可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展机制中有协同作用,联合检测Survivin和p16可为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供参考。

Significance and Relationship of Survivin and p16 Proteins Expression in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of Survivin and p16 proteins as well as their correlations with the pathobiological behaviors of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and p16 proteins in 100 cases of breast cancer,10 cases of breast adenoma and 10 cases of normal breast tissue,and their relationship was analyzed.Results The positive rate of Survivin and p16 expression in breast cancer were 74% and 52% respectively.There existed significant negative correlation between Survivin and p16 expression,in breast cancer.Survivin and p16 expression were associated with metastasis and pathological grades.Conclusion The over expression of Survivin and the deactivation of antioncogene p16 may play synergetic roles in the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer,Survivin and p16 could be reliable indicator to diagnose,treatment and determine the prognosis of breast cancer.
