| 摘 要： | 髌骨骨折占全部骨骼损伤的1．65％，可由直接或间接外伤所致。髌骨骨折造成的直接影响是伸膝装置的连续性丧失及潜在的髌股关节失常。利用环扎髌骨及髌前张力带钢丝固定技术治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折仍存在切除髌骨的问题。2000年1月-2005年1月设计先用克氏针将骨折块复位固定，再用钢丝环扎髌骨及髌前“8”字张力带钢丝固定治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折，取得满意疗效。 |
