全胃切除空肠三腔代胃术与食管空肠Roux-Y吻合术疗效比较

目的分析比较全胃切除后行消化道重建空肠三腔代胃术与食管空肠Roux-Y吻合术两种术式的临床疗效。方法回顾我院1999—2009年全胃切除术108例患者资料,消化道重建方式分空肠三腔代胃术组（65例）和食管空肠Roux-Y吻合术组（43例）,比较两组患者术后的并发症发生率、住院时间、胃排空时间、营养状况等。结果空肠三腔代胃术具有抗反流、模拟胃腔储存、促进吸收等优点,长期随访患者生活质量明显提高。结论空肠三腔代胃术更能接近人体生理结构,并发症较少,值得临床应用。
