| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与颈动脉狭窄的关系。方法选择≥80岁的老年高血压患者153例,行颈动脉多普勒超声检查,根据彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的结果分为颈动脉中-重度狭窄组、颈动脉轻度狭窄组、颈动脉内膜正常组,应用循环酶法测定Hcy并进行组间比较。结果颈动脉各狭窄组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于颈动脉IMT正常组（P〈0.05）;中重度狭窄组血浆Hcy水平显著高于轻度狭窄组（P〈0.05）。结论老老年高血压患者血浆Hcy升高是动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素,且与动脉狭窄的严重程度相关。
