| 摘 要： | 目的观察白芍总苷（total glucosides of paeony,TGP）联合雷公藤多苷（Tripteryginum wilfordiipolyglycoside,TWP）治疗类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）的临床疗效。方法将120例患者分为2组,治疗组60例采用TGP和TWP治疗,对照组60例采用甲氨蝶呤联合醋氯酚酸治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。结果①治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、80.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。②治疗后两组晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白水平显著低于治疗前（P〈0.01）,但治疗后两组之间比较,上述指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。③治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 TGP合TWP治疗RA的疗效与甲氨喋呤合醋氯酚酸相当,但TGP与TWP联合方案不良反应较少,患者耐受性强,更适合治疗RA。 |
