胰腺损伤36例临床分析

目的探讨胰腺损伤的早期诊断和治疗方法,降低胰腺损伤并发症的发生率和死亡率,以提高胰腺损伤的临床救治水平。方法回顾性总结36例胰腺损伤病人的临床资料,分析胰腺损伤的损伤程度、诊断方法、手术方式及治疗效果。结果本组均行手术治疗。术前确诊7例,其余均在术中确诊。根据胰腺损伤的部位及程度选择相应的手术方式。临床治愈29例,死亡7例,其中5例死于严重合并伤,2例死于胰腺损伤后各种并发症。结论胰腺损伤严重程度与预后密切相关。根据胰腺损伤的部位及程度选择合理的手术方式,防止或减少并发症的发生,加强围术期管理,可提高胰腺损伤的救治成功率。
