中医和中西医结合治疗银屑病的临床研究进展

介绍中医、中西医治疗银屑病的临床研究进展,重点在于治疗手段和药物的使用上,银屑病是皮科的一大疾病,国内达400万患者之多,该病发病原因不明、疗程长、反复性大,甚或要终生治疗,属于难治性疾病。中、西方均在努力提高疗效达到临床研究治愈,减少毒副作用,减少复发机率。中西医结合治疗独具创造性和挑战性,但目前仍是初级阶段,上升到理论和实践的统一层面上,尚待时日。

Progress in the Treatment of Psoriasis with TCM or Western Medicine

The paper introduced the progress in treatment of psoriasis with TCM or western medicine, which mainly involved therapeutic ways and drugs. The domestic patients with psoriasis were more than four million cases, the disease was unknown in aetiology, with long course of treatment and easy recurrence, even necessary to treat lifelong, TCM or western medicine all were tried to improve therapeutic effects, reduce the side - effects, decrease the recurrent rate. The therapy had creation to combine TCM with west- ern medicine,but it lay in primitive phase, needed some times for achieving unification of theory with practice.
