| Abstract: | Succinimidyl [2, 3-~3H] propionate is an effective acylating reagent for the tritiation of acetylcholinesterase with high retention of enzyme activity. It is also suitable for the tritiation of other kinds of proteins, peptides and primary amine-bearing compounds. This reagent is now available in our institute. |
