氨溴索静注联合雾化吸入治疗脑梗死并肺部感染的疗效观察

目的探讨应用雾化吸入联合氨溴索治疗脑梗死合并肺部感染的临床效果。方法应用随机数字表法将60例脑梗死合并肺部感染患者随机分为两组。对照组:30例,脑梗死常规支持治疗。观察组:30例,在对照组治疗基础上给予氧气驱动雾化吸入(氧流量5 L/min以上),联合氨溴索静脉注射。对比观察两组临床疗效及症状体征消失时间和住院时间。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%。观察组的症状体征消失时间及住院时间较对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论氨溴索静脉注射联合雾化吸入治疗脑梗死合并肺部感染有利于症状的缓解,其疗效确切,氨溴索静注联合雾化吸入是脑梗死合并肺部感染较好的治疗手段。

Ambroxol combined intravenous and inhalation therapy of cerebral infarction efficacy of pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of the combined inhalation of ambroxol treatment of cerebral infarction associated with pulmonary infection. Methods 60 cerebral infarction associated with pulmonary infection patients were randomly treated and divided into two groups. The control group included 30 cases of cerebral infarction routine supportive care. Observation group included 30 cases of cerebral infarction in the treatment given on the basis of oxygen driven inhalation （oxygen flow 5 L/min or more） , the united ambroxol intravenously. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group, 70.00%. Observation group symptoms and signs disappeared significantly, with shorter time than the control group. The difference was significant statistically examination（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Amhroxol inhalation combined intravenous treatment of cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection is conducive to the relief of symp- toms, its efficacy. The combined ambroxol inhalation intravenous treatment of cerebral infarction with pulmonary infection had a better treatment.
