中药玉屏风颗粒辅助治疗持续性变应性鼻炎临床观察

目的观察中药玉屏风颗粒辅助治疗持续性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 80例持续性变应性鼻炎患者随机分成对照组与治疗组,两组各40例。对照组给予依巴斯汀和丙酸氟替卡松喷鼻剂常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服中药玉屏风颗粒,疗程均为2周,并于停药后8周内观察疗效和复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为67.5%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。治疗组复发率为34.6%,对照组复发率为64.7%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论中药玉屏风颗粒辅助治疗持续性变应性鼻炎可显著提高疗效,降低复发率。

Clinical observation of Ynpingfeng granule in the adjuvant treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule as adjuvant treatment for persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with persistent allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group with 40 cases. Patients in control group were treated with ebastine and fluticasone propionate nasal spray, and patients in treatment group were treated with Yup- ingfeng granule on the basis of treatment in control group. The therapeutic course was two weeks in each group, and recrudescence was observed 8 weeks after drug withdrawal. Results The total effective rate in the control group and treatment group were respectively 67.5% and 87.5%, there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recrudescence rate in the control group and treatment group were respec- tively 64.7% and 34.6%, there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yupingfeng granule in adjuvant treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis can significantly improve treatment and reduce recrudescence rate.
