应用以修复为中心的简易种植模板种植牙159例临床回顾

目的总结评价以修复为中心的简易种植模板种植牙的临床疗效。方法选取2008~2012年种植科种植修复治疗患者159例,术前在模型上用直径2.0 mm蜡线确定植体位置方向,然后铺自凝塑料制作带有植入道的模板,术中应用模板指导手术,术后通过X线片检查及修复时在模型上观察基台的位置方向以检验种植体的三维位置方向是否合适。结果 268枚植体的位置、方向比较理想,均达到术前设计。修复后随访检查并进行满意度调查,159例患者中,156例对修复效果感觉满意,2例重新修复后感觉满意,1例对修复效果表示勉强可以接受。结论以修复为中心的简易种植模板对牙种植手术引导效果好,能准确地确定种植体的位置方向,为种植后期修复创造了良好的条件,对种植远期成功率提供了有力的保障,患者主观感觉舒适、咀嚼效率高,对种植手术接纳程度高,利于种植手术的普及。

A review on 159 tooth - implant cases supported by prosthesis - centered simplified implant template

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tooth implant supported by prosthesis-centered simplified implant template. Methods 159 implant cases from 2008 to 2012 were included into this study. All the cases located the implant on template with 2. 0-mm-diam wax string before operation. The template was manufactured with implantation fossa by laying self curing plastic,utilizing the template to guide the operation,observing if the implant is in a correct three-dimensional position by means of x-ray photography after operation,and by observing the position of gingival former on the model during prosthodontic procedure. Results Situation and position of all the 268 implants is fine as expecta-tion. Postoperative follow up and satisfaction survey showed that 156 were satisfied with the prosthesis,2 were satisfied after reprosthesis,1 merely accepted the effect of prosthesis among the 159 patients. Conclusion The prosthesis-centered simplified implant template is effective in guiding implant operation,in view of pinpointing the implant. This method can provide fine reference for later prosthesis,and ensure long-term success ratio. Patients will feel comfortable,be efficient in chewing. The patient would be willing to have the operation. This method will help to promote dental implant.
